Request after-hours coverage

$100 pays the first month, including 100 completed calls. Recurring service is $100 per month for 100 completed calls, with $1 per additional completed call on the following invoice. See pricing for the full explanation. After payment, provisioning takes 7–14 days. Recurring billing starts when the line is live. After go-live, the practice administrator manages clinicians at /admin; covering physicians use the case board. See Help for both.

Opening message

911 language and Spanish (Para español, oprima el dos) are always included. You may use our template or draft your own opening. If you write your own, you may omit provider routing, office hours, and the caller-ID warning.

Use the Call Doctor Service template. You may customize only the identification line. Draft our own opening. We will still play 911 and the Spanish option after your script.

How the on-call doctor is reached

Message and callback. The caller leaves a structured message. The on-call doctor reviews the case on the web board and calls the patient back. This mode does not require text messages. Live connect. We keep the caller on the line, call the on-call doctor, and connect them. If that doctor does not answer we try the next scheduled clinician. If nobody answers, we take a message and the case appears on the board.

First-month on-call roster

Add every clinician who will take call in month one, with coverage windows in the practice timezone. You take over scheduling in month two.

Clinician mobile numbers are for voice (live connect or the call bridge). They do not enroll anyone in SMS unless the optional box on that clinician is checked. Leave those boxes unchecked to add the roster without texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Clinicians can also opt in later at SMS program.

After you pay

Provisioning takes 7–14 days from payment. When the line is live we email the practice administrator with the after-hours number, forwarding instructions if you asked us to use your main clinic number, and the sign-in link for physicians.

Stripe emails a payment receipt to the administrator address. We do not send a second receipt.

Legal agreements (required — these are not SMS opt-in)

These three boxes are required to request service. They do not enroll anyone in SMS. SMS is only the optional dashed boxes above, which stay unchecked unless you choose them. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
